    i have tried to change the commissions rate from 10% to 5% but it is still calculating the 10% mark up

    Where are you changing the commission rate? And are you running any addons?

    no add on .I’m changing in setting in bounty rate and in my affiliates information i hit save but it goes back to 10

    Please try the following. Disable all your other plugins except ours, then try to save your settings. Let me know what happens?

    @shaun1733, Are you leaving any required field empty? This may cause the update to fail.

    hi i had my site go down yesterday nothing to do with this plugin but another one, so i had to deactivate all other plugins to gain access again and now this plugins seems to be fine,
    thanks i will be using this plugin on a different site as well so i will update if any changes
