commissions not calculated for bank transfer orders

the plugin it’s working fine when cutsomer choice to pay by credit card but when choice bank transfer method there is no commissions
so this my problem here.. dose your plugin support commissions om bank transfer orders or not? if yes how to solve my problem?

@mohammedalahmadi, Have you made any test purchases after enabling debug? As long as the sales are processed by WooCommerce our plugin should at least receive notifications for it.

yeah i do it test purchase and choice bank transfer but no logs

@mohammedalahmadi, Unfortunately our plugin cannot process anything if it doesn’t receive notifications from WooCommerce.

any orders with banks transfer (payment method) not calculated and not assign commissions in Affiliate dashboard
only orders that confirmed and paid with credit card

so orders with banks transfer (payment method) not working with your plugin

how to solve this problem??

@mohammedalahmadi, We ran some tests on our development site. The plugin did receive notifications for payments made via “direct bank transfer” (available in the core WooCommerce plugin). Are you using a third-party WooCommerce extension for this payment method or any other functionality?

no i using what in woocommerce – default

@mohammedalahmadi, You can deactivate one plugin at a time to see if there is a conflict. Please make sure to also update all the plugins.
