Commission rate field not showing up and settings menu not working.

    I am testing the free plugin before purchasing and the field to change the global commission rage is missing. Also, none of the menu items in the setting area work. I have tried this on three different websites. I watched a video review of the free plugin where all of these features were working. Is this a known issue? I’m inclined to look elsewhere at this point. Please help.

    Thank you for reaching out! From your description it seems like you have a JavaScript error/conflict in your admin area that breaks SliceWP’s own scripts. The error may be triggered by another plugin.

    We actually had a similar issue a couple of weeks ago with a customer and the problem was due to another plugin. My first recommendation, if you can, is to deactivate each plugin one by one and check the admin interface of SliceWP.

    In theory, if this is a plugin conflict, after you deactivate the plugin that’s causing the issue, everything should work well on the admin side.

    Please try this out and let me know if you can pin point the exact plugin causing the problem. We’d love to inspect that plugin and see if we can fix the issue from our end.
