commission question

I’m considering your plugin.
In addition to paying a fixed dollar amount or percentage commission to affiliate members for one time purchases and/or subscriptions (residual commission), I need to be able to pay an affiliate a specific recurring percentage commission for referral of a paid member, but the amount of commission is to be based on the member level of the referring affiliate and not that of the paid member. Can your software handle these things, esp. that last point?
