Commission Not Displaying

  • Hello,

    I am testing out the plugin for future registered affiliates. When I run a purchase using an affiliate link, nothing shows up in the commission or payment tab. Does this only work if the registered affiliate has woocommerce? Or do I need the premium plugin? I’m not sure how to go forth with this

    About your problems.

    First, the customer you have on your site should be register as an affiliate.

    See the following link

    Then in order to register the commission, the customer needs to visit your site using affiliate link, ex: https://yith1.devel.com/?ref=23

    When you visit it, a cookie is saved on customer browser in order to generate the commission for the affiliate when the order is generated.

    Please, could you check on your browser if the following cookie is register on your brwoser when you visit an affiliate link? See the following link

    Without the cookie, the system cannot generate the commission. If you don’t know how to see it, please send us the website where you are testing our plugin.

    same problem here. 15.000 clicks no comission. Checked your answer: No Cookie is set using the referral token (URL/?ref=238) … what to do?

    UPDATE: activated AJAX für cookie setting … now it works
