    Hey @triplebit2,

Thank you for reaching out! What I recommend for you is to enable the debug logged, if you haven’t already. This article here will guide you on how to do this: https://slicewp.com/docs/troubleshooting/#activate-debug-log

Then, please try another referred sale. If any errors are encountered by the plugin during the checkout flow, they will be printed in the debug log.

If the debug log does not show any errors or if you’re not sure what the errors presented mean, please let me know.

    Thank you and best wishes,

    Mihai

    Thx,
I followed your advice but problem is that I can’t save the Debug Log setting. It always gets back to disable.
I tried to disable other plugins but nothing helps?
    any idea?
    Thx.

    Hey @triplebit2,

Hmm… that sounds strange. I’ve just test the debug logger on my end and it’s working nicely. Also, we have no other reports about this issue from our users, so my guess is that this is localized to your website.

What I recommend is for you to check any caching plugins or systems from your hosting provider and to disable them temporarily. Usually, these type of issues are caused by caching.

Also, just to make sure, please check, when you’re saving the settings, that you don’t have any errors showing up in the page at the top. If the settings cannot be saved, an error is displayed at the top. Make sure that all of your fields are completed and that no errors appear when saving the settings.

    Thank you and best wishes,

    Mihai
