Comming soon page – button wiget

Hi,

I recently put up a “coming soon page or maintenance mode” page from the SeedPro plugin. While inserting text, I noticed a button widget available. So, I decided to see if I could set it up as an email button which would insert an email address into a new email generated from the users email client when the button was activated.

Unfortunately, the code for the button only sends you to a page as in a hyperlink. Was that a design decision? or is it possible to do such a action from a free version of the plugin?

The other alternative would be to use a form but the UI is not as nice as the button icons found in the button widget.

Any thoughts?
