commetns not showing

I have set the pulgin to display on all posts and I can see the header onf the plugin but no comments are loaded. when I inspect the comments on the dev toolbar of my browser I can see an error in the iframe: ‘href should represent a valid URL’

I have tried other plugins and I get this same situation, could you please tell me where the problem is?
