Comments won’t display on dev server after import

  • I’ve imported all of the content and comments but no comments will display.

    I have commenting enabled and have php 5.5.38.

    I also am not able to comment and have no way to comment.

    Please advise.

    And all comments are viewable after clicking on “comments” in the admin bar.
