Comments with varified email ID

  • Is there any plugin in WP which will help me with following requirement….?

    I want comments posted on my site https://vsagar.com such that when a person posts a comment, he has to fill up his name and email ID.
    But many times I see that the email ID is false.
    So is there any plugin, that will first verify the email ID and then allow him to post the comment?
