Comments with link not published

  • When I add a comment on my own website, the comment is published smoothly without any delay. The problem comes when I try to add a link in my comment. In this case the comment is not published and a page redirect to wp-comments-post.php appears, with a single line displayed in the page, containing the URL of the page where I posted the comment, a reference to the location of wp-comments-post.php on my website and, lastly, this addition: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/46.0.2490.71 Safari/537.36 403. I am using the Weaver theme.

    Does anyone have an idea how this problem may be resolved?

    Hi,

    Have you tried disabling any active plugins first to see if it’s a plugin causing this, alternatively changing to one of the default themes (Twenty Fifteen being the most recent one at this time) ?
