    How to test what spam comments are rejected?
    You may enable sending all rejected spam comments to admin email. Edit anti-spam.php file and find “$antispam_send_spam_comment_to_admin” and make it “true”.

    It was mentioned in the FAQ section.

    By the way, you can found a counter of blocked spam comments in admin comments section. You may hide this info block in “Screen Options” section.

    And also in Anti-spam Pro version you can enable sending blocked spam comments to admin email on options page.
