We used to have the link in the comments administration section that allowed us to change comments into Zendesk tickets. That option is no longer showing on the comments page.

What can we do to fix this?

    Hi @newsomjk,

Make sure you are logged into Zendesk within your WordPress. You should be able to find the login form at the bottom of your wordpress dashboard if you are not yet logged-in.

Also, note that this link is only available if you haven’t turned the comment into a ticket already. Hovering over the comment content should reveal the available actions you can do with the comment, one of them being a link to convert the comment to a ticket. Otherwise, if the comment has already been converted to a ticket, you should see a link to the zendesk ticket in the last column.

It turns out it was due to the Zendesk user_meta stuff being removed from our admin account. We copied the database row from one of our sites where this was working and were able to get the convert to ticket link back!

    Marking this as resolved.
