Comments text showing up after disabling comments

I’ve been able to successfully disable comments on my website, however, at the bottom of each page, text that says “Comments” still shows up.

For example, this blog post:

I looked into editing each individual post, but it doesn’t show up in the body of the editable text.

Tried downloading a plugin to completely hide comments, but this did nothing. Is there a special CSS code or feature I am missing?
