Comments tags in Rassian language

    Hello!
    I’m translating the template to Russian language. I have no experience with php, so i’m googling my way through. I need to translate
    ‘No comments’, ‘1 comment’, ‘% comments’, ‘comments-link’, ‘Comments are closed’ in russian. I found a post where to do it link
    But Russian is more complex than English and the word “comment” has different ending depending on the number itself and not just singular or plural. Here’s the link of the code than can be used link but i have no idea where to put it.

    Hi!
    Yes, code from your example can be used for changing comments labels (not all, just part of this code), but you need to do a lot customizations via child theme and it’s complicated way, if you not have much experience in WordPress and PHP.
    I would advise you select another way – you can change comments labels to ‘No comments’, ‘comments: 1’, ‘comments: %’. In this case all endings would be the same.
    Don’t forget – all customizations you should do via child theme (more info about Child themes in WordPress)
