Comments stopped working suddently

    Randomly, today the comments in my wordpress stopped to work.

    When any user try to post, you get a white page and a writing “You cannot pass”

    What can I do?

    I didn’t install nothing and everything was working fine…

    This may be theme/plugin conflict. Try:

    -deactivating ALL (yes all) plugins temporarily to see if this resolves the problem (plugin functions can interfere). If this works, re-activate them individually (one-by-one) to find the problematic plugin(s).
    – switching to the unedited default Theme (Twenty Seventeen, etc.) for a moment using the WP dashboard to rule out any theme-specific issue (theme functions can interfere like plugins).

    Alternately, if you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    I already tried disabling plugin, and it doesnt work.

    I didnt switch to theme default , cause i was scared to loose all the settings.

    I’m using elementor. Should i save css?

    I also installed Health Check, and did everything.

    (I confirm that everything was working fine,it happened randomly this afternoon)

    You can use the Health Check plugin to change the theme.

    Backup: If you haven’t already done, always backup everything (including your database) before doing any actions, just in case something really goes wrong. You can never have enough backups!
