Comments show up on only on some posts

Hi, I have a strange problem that I am unable to solve. The option to add comments and the comments list do appear on some posts but does not appear on many others. I checked the settings and comments are allowed for each and every post.
Can anyone help me out please as I have no idea why this may be?
Examples:
no option to comment: https://celebrityfashiondirectory.com/archives/celebrities/7160commentable
