Comments Server Error 500

When users post a comment on one of my sites, they get a Server Error 500 after they submit the comment.

However, the comment is actually saved in the system, and shows up just fine.

But for what ever reason, they get this Error 500 page instead of being brought back to the post.

Any ideas?
