Comments separate

Hi, I’ve installed plugin Trackback List (https://jackosh.com/wpplugins/trackbacklist/), which could separate trackbacks from comments. Everything works great, but wordpress shows the number of comment still with trackback, althought there are otherwhere. Could I change it only for comments? thnx all
