Comments section show in posts preview but not live site

Previous post on this topic was not resolved. My approved comment and reply are showing up on preview, but not on the live site, when I access the website with different browser.

Why is this happening and how can I resolve it?

It’s important because the comment is from Kim Krause Berg, a user-friendly expert on websites. She has given me a Bravo review. I have replied with a recognition of the value of her comment.

Now I cannot get the comment and reply to show up on the site. Bummer.
