Comments Returning Errors

  • Hi All,

    At this moment I have no more ideas and I really need some help.
    Every time someone try to comment it gets an error :

    The connection was reset

    The connection to the server was reset while the page was loading.

    The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
    If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer’s network connection.
    If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.

    I already try with different PC′s and Browsers and the result is always the same.
    I already clear the Cache and still the same error.

    Can someone help me, this Blog was “official” this week and it is my daughter blog, so you can imagine, she is asking me every 5 minutes if I already have a solution.

    Have you tried discussing the issue with your hosting provider?

    Yes, and the answer was the problem is something to do with the WP.

    I just posted a comment and it seemed to go through.

    This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins, and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

    Yes your comment is for approval, now is the time where I really don′t understand.
    I already disable all the Plugins and try with Twenty theme and the result is the same.

    Well, I did not experience the “connection reset” error. So, the question is whether it’s your connection to the internet or if I was somehow just lucky. Are other people reporting the connection reset error when leaving comments?

    yes, and I already try with different PC′s, with different Internet Connection and from different Countries as well.

    Try with cell phone as well and nothing.

    2. Chrome Version 54.0.2840.100 (64-bit)

    I just try now with the same Chrome version and I have the same error.

    Any ideas????

    And I′m using different Pc′s to try this.
