Comments replaced with the previous comment’s content

We have an issue where the content of a comment on a post is being replaced with another comment’s content. The only relationship is that the incorrect content comes from a reply to the next chronological comment.

Deactivating the Pretty Links plugin resolves the issue. And setting the “Replace in Comments” option to “None” also resolves the issue. We have narrowed it down to the replace_keywords() and/or replace_urls() methods in the PlpKeywordsController and PlpUrlsController classes respectively.
