Comments pre populating with other user details

Try disabling “Endurance Page Cache”. YOu can do that from your Bluehost/Hostgator control panel.

Thanks for the speedy reply Steve, much appreciated. I’m in my Bluebost panel, but can’t see anything called this. I’ve just got the “normal caching” option selected in the performance section.
Do you know how I find it? Sorry, thanks for your help.

Thanks Steve, I’m on live chat with them now! I can’t see it in my plug ins list though, so not sure I have it enabled anyway…

It’s not on your plugin list. They install it as a “must use” plugin.

They’ve done it for me and it seems to have fixed the problem. Thanks so much for your help, I wouldn’t have known where to start.
