Comments on the right sidebar

Hi everyone. This theme enables us to put a “Latest Comments” box on the right sidebar, which is great. However, I want to customize it so that the comments themselves are shown in this box rather than the names of the products for which the comments have been made. Is it possible by doing some coding? Thanks.
