Comments on main blog category page?

Got an unusual issue. Got a client who wants one of the pages in her site to be all her blog posts. Which will all come from one category. However, no links to those individual posts. Just a list of the ten most recent and then a Leave a Comment form on the right. Now of course, we’re all used to seeing those comment forms at the end of a individual blog post. But to represent an entire page of them? And just one for all the posts. Not one for each post. How can I accomplish this?
