Comments on home page

I would like for the “leave a comment” section to be on the homepage. Preferably after each blog but at least at the bottom with the widgets. I do not want people to have to search around to figure out where to leave their comments. I want it right there with everything else. How can I make this happen? I’ve searched all over the forums and there are several different offerings via the cpanel. But I am a newbie and I’m afraid to mess with this too much. I love the theme and how the site looks now but this issue is important for me to get resolved. Help!
