Comments Off??

  • Since my other thread was being ignore ??

    Hi,

    I’ve been having problems with my posts saying “comments off”, when it is not. After some time I managed to track the problem down to Ultimate Member. When I deactivate the plugin it shows “0” instead of “Comments Off”.

    How do I fix this? Very strange that it is saying that comments are off when it is not. I once used “Disable Comments” plugin so maybe that triggered a change in the Ultimate Member plugin?

    Hi @danniee001,

    Do you have the same issue on the default WordPress theme?
    Have you enabled comments in Settings -> Discussion?
    You can also enable or disable comments using quick edit link under your posts.

    I don’t have the same issue when I change theme. All my comment settings are ok.

    The problem occurs as a combination of my particular theme and ultimate member. When I disable ultimate member it all shows fine.

    Can you please let us know what theme do you use?
    Have you checked your theme settings for any comment specific settings?

    Hi!

    I use MH Magazine and I have checked with their support without solution. I have checked and double checked all settings and found nothing. Have been using this theme for 3 years with no problems.
