Comments not working (nightly 3-25)

I had the official release 1.0.2 installed before and it was all working fine, changed to the latest nightly (3-25), ran update.php, no errors.
But now I find comments can no longer be posted.
This is the error it gives:
SQL/DB Error:
[You have an error in your SQL syntax near ”2004-03-26 09:52:48′, ‘testing’, ‘0’) ‘ at line 4]

Then a bunch of “Warning: Cannot add header information” lines.
Any one experienced this error? Or knows why it’s happening/how it can be fixed?
