Comments not working

    Hi. The only issue I have is regarding the comments section. No avatars show in the comments, and when you “reply” to a comment, you are taken immediately back to the top of the post without being able to leave a reply. I’ve already disabled every plugin (except Jetpack) to see if one was incompatible, but the issue is still there.

    The “Reply” button and the list of comments is managed by your theme, so you won’t be able to fix its behaviour by deactivating plugins. I would recommend that you contact the theme author to let them know about the issues you’re having; they should be able to help if they are still working on the theme.

    In addition to that, I would recommend that you go to Settings > Discussion in your dashboard and make sure that Gravatars are enabled there; that’s the one other place where you can customize things in your comment list.
