Comments Not Visible

I am trying to use this plugin for a client’s wedding website. It is to be used so that she can see notes from her wedding guests. I have configured all of the settings and they are all working properly. Except that the 2 test comments I’ve published are not showing up. I’ve tried checking theme settings as well as wordpress settings to make sure the comments are allowed on the page with no luck. Can anyone please advise.
