Comments not visible

    We have “allow comments” activated on the referenced page but comments are not showing up. We’ve tried enabling comments for the entire site and still can not see comments. However, comments are visible on posts. Please assist.

    We inspected your site and comments are appearing in the post pages. If you are looking for comment meta style in the below post in blog page, then it comes in default until you have ticked remove comment count from post meta in the Archive Page Settings in the customizer. If you are looking for having comments in all pages then it cannot be achieved if you have used page builder.

    Thank you for your reply. I did find out why comments were not showing. The reason was that the pagebuilder page template does not allow comments. I switch the page to the “default” template and now these are showing.
