comments not submitting

  • Hi,

    I’ve recently installed Arilewp theme. Everything is ok, but comments section doesn’t work well.

    – Commenting form is shown in posts
    – there are blanks for entering name, email and comment, as well as, submit button
    – in the setting, it is allowed to users to comment on every post

    When a user click on submit button, after input requirements, a blank page would be showed and nothing happen… with any error

    where is the problem?

    Thanks for contacting us.

    We have checked with the latest version of the ArileWP theme and it’s working well. It will be plugin conflicting so please deactivate all plugins one by one and check the comment form again.

    I deactivated all installed plugins and try to comment several times, but it didn’t work.
