Comments not showing up on posts

  • Hi – posted a message here but didn’t get a response…will try again.
    Comments are not showing up, despite the appropriate sections being checked under settings/discussion. Not sure why this is the case — am using Astra them with Elementor…any help much appreciated!

    Do you have any plugin which probably causes the issue? ?As a basic troubleshooting, I would ask you to try to deactivate all plugins temporarily. If it solves the issue, then please reactivate plugins one by one to see which plugin is causing the problem.

    If it’s not helping, then please try to temporarily switch the theme to default WordPress theme, e.g. Twenty-Twenty.
