Comments not showing and Comments Link not working!

Hi all,
Working on enabling comments here https://nowgen.org.uk/education/exploring-hd/#commentsThe ‘3 comments’ link doesn’t work and the comments aren’t actually showing up?
The theme was originally Twenty Ten but has been amended/ripped apart by someone else, I copied across the comments.php from Twenty Ten and it is nearly there, just not working as it should.
