Comments Not Showing

    Hi,

    When installing your plugin with the “Display comments on” for posts and pages or using shortcode, only the “Facebook Comments Box” title is displayed. There is no way to leave a comment or read comments.

    Hi.

    Did you create an App ID and then add it to our plugin settings?

    Yes and the App is currently Live. “Mode:?Live”

    Hi @rreyesjr.

    We tested it several times but found no issues with our plugin. FB API is working with some problems, so this problem might be related to their API. In this case, we, unfortunately, cannot help.
