Comments Not Showing

  • Hello, I’m having issues with receiving comments. I know for a fact 3 people commented on the link I provided, but the comments are nowhere to be found. They’re not showing up in Spam, Trash or Pending.

    It seems like I haven’t received any comments on my blogs for this year – https://baerbookspress.com/blog/

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Okay, here’s what troubleshooting I did. I deactivated all my plugins and then activated all except Akismet and Jetpack. I had someone and myself send a comment and it went through. Then I activated Akismet and Jetpack and sent a few more comments and they went through. I hope this resolved it.

    I’ll have a new post sent tomorrow, so we’ll see if comments come through.

    My new post is not receiving comments. It looks like a JetPack issue, which I have already posted in their forums.
