Comments not saved

  • When I or any user try to add comments to a post, the comment doesn’t appear to be saved and doesn’t appear on the site. After hitting “say it” on the comment form, returns to the empty comment form.

    It’s a bog-standard installation, haven’t changed anything apart from a slight tinker with the css.
    Any help greatly appreciated!

  • nelly > maybe comments are awaiting approval by the admin (comment moderation feature). Toggling comment moderation off doesn’t seem to work. So if you log in as admin and choose Edit > Awaiting Moderation, maybe you will see comments waiting to be approved, deleted, whatever.
