comments not possible after activation

Hi,
I installed and activated Hide my WP, but now it is impossible to send comments… when a comment form is filled in, an error appears telling me I have to fill in the required fields (name, e-mail).
Other problem: the site looks different, strange, not so smooth as it was before installing the module.
At this moment I’m thinking of asking my money back, to me this is a very bad module at this moment.
