Comments not loading on mobile

  • The comment form is set to “collapse” and the Comment List Loading Type set to ” Display [View Comments] button”.

    However, after loading the pages on mobile, click on comment form does not open it to show the name and email sections. Comments are not even submitted when you set it to “expanded”.

    Moreover, the load comments button does not work to show comments when clicked.

    Any help for me?
