Comments not Importing to WP

  • I just followed the instructions for my shoe site – Kicksologists.com

    I have the arras theme running and I’m pretty sure i followed the instructions to the letter when it came to WP BOOK.

    I’ve finished the installation and the problem is that the comments are not coming into the blog post.

    Does it have to do with the number of days? I set it to 1 . . does that mean it only looks back one day for posts to retrieve comments from?

    How long does it take to get the comments in there?

    WPBook uses WordPress’ built in psuedo cron, and runs a task hourly.

    The number of days setting controls which blog posts WPBook looks for comments against – only those which were posted in the last X days.

    Does your check permissions page show the correct output?

    Do you have debugging enabled?

    I’m having the same issue with my blog, https://www.pawesome.net. Our facebook page is facebook.com/pawesomepets.

    Check permissions shows that everything is working correctly.

    I have debugging enabled.
