Comments not functioning correctly in Safari

Hey —

I am running a site right now, but am having problems with the comments section displaying correctly in Safari. The page I am referring to is https://triggers.theperfectlevel.com/blog/more-text

Safari is not processing some command in wordpress correctly, and forming list items inside of list items

Example

• SOME TEXT HERE
• MORE TEXT

Other browsers are not doing this. I’m not sure if its an error in my code or what. I have the code for my comments.php listed below:
