    One other thing – the native wordpress commenting system displays large numbers of comments gracefully without memory issues.

    Does this mean that wpdiscuz cannot be used for active sites with thousands of comments on a post?

    wpDiscuz has been tested on a post with more than 200k comments, it has been designed for all kind of websites with high commenting activity. If native comments have loaded it means this is not a WordPress memory limiting issue. We’ll check and let you know the issue.
