comments missing on site and under admin comment section

  • so I’m desperate for help! I’ve tried everything I could think of. I have changed themes, disabled all plug ins, etc. I tried making a new comment on a post and while it worked, it now doesn’t count the VERY IMPORTANT first 4. my friend and I use this for writing and are devastated to lose all this precious work so please, begging, help!

    i did check your site it is asking me to login to WordPress and comment

    I would advice remove this restriction and keep the normal WordPress commenting system.

    Sadly I removed the password on two posts and it didn’t fix the error. Any other ideas?

    I have the same problem. My all approved comments are dissapeared from admin and my website. I use WordPressa 4.3.12

    I have the same problem. I didn’t do anything to the website, as far as I know.

    All my comments have disappeared as well! The comments were integral to some of my posts. How could this have happened?

    Same problem for one of my websites. Comments from October through January have been disappeared. They were sent by email but not sent to the WP database (not found in Admin). After ressetting the ReCaptcha key and ID in Admin, the captcha of the Comments form was visible again and the comments were also sent to Admin. But the comments of 3 months period are still lost in the system.
