Comments lose nesting in some move scenarios

Some of the comments I’ve moved lose their nesting indentation. It seems to move the root comment and the nested comment, but the ‘nest status’ doesn’t appear to get moved, in that if you look at the post it shows one comment below another but doesn’t indent or nest them anymore visually. I’m thinking this may happen when I move say comment #3 in a nest of 4 comments, it moves comment #3 and #4 which is good, but the ‘nest status’ seems to get lost, they no longer show indented etc.
If you added an option in the plugin to re-nest existing comments that would be very awesome and I could go back and fix the ones that lost the nesting. I imagine this is a field in the wordpress database or something that tells that a comment is nested in another comment rather than just before or after it. Would probably be a cool additional feature on the plugin which people could use in certain scenarios.
