• When you click on the part to leave a comment, nothing happens. Can someone please help me. I think the coding is incorrect. I had a friend create my website and now we’re not friends, so I can’t go to them for help.

At the top of my homepage it says: comment-template.php File Type: PHP script text.

I don’t even know how to begin to fix this.

  • Same thing happens to my blog. Click the comments link, and you get my home page.

Look, do not add to or hi-jack a post that is months old. It has by now, long ago scrolled off the radar and you are most likey not going to get any help. ESPECIALLY IF YOU DO IT TO TWO SEPARATE POSTS.

    What is your url?
    What is your version?
Does yours say this: At the top of my homepage it says: comment-template.php File Type: PHP script text, like her’s did?

    Wow…nice guy.

    I did a search.

I read everything I found on the topic.

I still haven’t seen ANY resolution to this issue.

…and here you are laughing at me, and insulting me.

    Nice.

    If it matters:
    1. I’m running version 2.8
    2. The URL to my blog is: https://www.inca69.com/Blog/
    3. Mine actually has my header at the top of my homepage.

The comment link works in IE7, IE8 and FF.

Clicking on it results in a “you must be registered to comment” message.
