Comments jump

Hi

I’m starting to get my blog in order.
although now i’ve found that when one presses “add comment” you jump to the post in a new page. You also don’t arrive at the “Leave a comment” box but instead at the top of the page.

This hasn’t always been the case. What i would like is for users to be able to post comments within the same page and arrive at the comments box when clicking “add comment”.

Any ideas?
