Comments in pages?

Hi. It’s me again.
I have another question.
My blog is more of a portfolio for me to upload my projects onto, so I am using pages instead of posts for my individual projects. The problem is that I don’t see a comment bar in the pages.

Is there a way to enable it, or a plug in?
