Comments in lessons not working properly

Hello, we have a problem on a site with LearnPress installed where you comment on a lesson, the page will redirect to https://mydomain.com/lessons/lesson-name/#comments and for regular students, this will be a 404.

The correct url would be https://mydomain.com/courses/course-name/lessons/lesson-name/#comments

I’ve checked everywhere and I don’t know how to tweak the action URL of the comment form or why it’s going to the URL of a lesson where it’s not possible.

Can you help me?
