Comments in Disqus but nothing displays on website

I’ve tried using Disqus migration tools to crawl website and try to merge any possible duplicates as they suggest in their help articles, but it still won’t show comments.

We have comments in Disqus and in WP database, when I vist a post with comments, Disqus has zero comments.

For example, this post has 2 comments:

I tried resetting Disqus settings in the backend, still nothing.

Any ideas?
