Comments going straight to Trash

All comments are going straight to trash. I can Restore them, then Approve them, but would like them to be approved immediately. My settings allow for this, and I have no keyword blockers.
Any ideas why?
WP_DEBUG is enabled but no errors are reported.
Wordpress is v6.0.3
PHP is v7.4.32

I have added a screenshot to the test page, because this forum doesn’t seem to allow images. https://archive.rcts.org.uk/comment-test/
When I’m not testing, the setting will be changed to require people to be logged in.
